By accessing or using the Modexl platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
Use of Platform
Modexl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose — connecting fashion talent with brands and agencies. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Modexl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Modexl or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
User Content
By submitting content to the platform (portfolios, images, profiles), you grant Modexl a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of providing our services. You retain all ownership rights to your original content.
Limitation of Liability
Modexl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall remain in effect.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
